deviantART [dee·vee·un'nt·ART]

Deviousness |
I think spammers, trolls and *bleeping* art thieves should be kicked out, especially if they keep repeating their action here in contravention of the Terms of Service!
THIS! THIS! THIS!
But I'm glad you like the stamp. I appreciate that.
and some of the admins too.
idiots can't seem to enforce their own friggin policies.
they do not enforce policies they were told to enforce, that's my main problem.
and it is mind-numbing that some of these people get a final say.
the main violations, the obvious ones they can't even get to no matter how many reports come in, the violations stay up for weeks on end or they find the report to be invalid even though it is an obvious violation.
--------------
as far as all members giving a flying crud, I WISH, I REALLY REALLY WISH.
but we got types that don't care.
then the type that knows and breaks rules for the "lulz" etc.
and the other type get don't know anythin about anything.
its been almost 9 years for me and nothin is changing as far as the member mentality goes with the TOS.
as of now, i know of 5 pictures of erect penises and i've reported them, the poster even admitted it was a test to see how long the images will stay up.
--------
i know the admins/staff have a hard hard hard hard job, i've seen the inner mechanics of how DA works, the codemonkies and mods at some point might have a heart attack from all the insanity they work with. But honestly, sometimes the duders with power need to seriously "wake up."
And another problem is that deviantART is understaffed. Greatly understaffed. Some of them try their very best but are stressed to too great a limit, and a few just don't know enough or simply don't care, exacerbating the issue. To top it all off, they have to deal with 5 thousand cases of 13 year olds that don't get that crediting doesn't mean they can use it.
And your experiment comment...that's just sad and it's proof of the issue.
